Our story
We're Jason Bramble and Jennifer Sciullo — a married couple who have spent years organizing the causes and communities we care about. Between Cub Scouts, PTA leadership, and being band parents, we've coordinated more fundraisers, events, volunteers, and sign-ups than we can count.
Along the way, we kept running into the same frustration. Something as simple as organizing volunteers, sending invitations, or putting together a potluck shouldn't require an expensive service — and the free options have increasingly become cluttered with intrusive ads.
We already had much of the technology to build something better. Our company, Gig Game, grew out of tools we originally created during the COVID lockdowns to keep kids connected and having fun online, and today builds interactive games for events and large groups. Active Affair grew from that same technology, adapted for the kind of organizing we've spent years doing ourselves.
